Thousands of people have attended seminars for real estate after watching those late night commercials that claim to make you a millionaire with a few months. But what they don’t tell you is that the seminar will first cost you thousands of dollars, and only then will any information be available.
So many people have fallen prey to this sales pitch with the actual promise of riches and after the seminar they are little educated. This works because people are greedy and want to get rich quick. Some people think they will leave the seminar with an investment strategy that will make them rich, but in the end, they don’t get that at all.
Who can trust any seminar after all the horror stories that come from that. With a little common sense you can notice things that will tell you if the seminar is the real deal. If the offer overnight riches with little work, pass on that one. A few hours a week of work with real estate is not true, it takes time to make money, of any kind. Use your good judgement.
